Hi, I'm bisexual and I have a question on how do you know if another female
likes you?

Tough question! Same as any other potential. Basically you
never
know for sure if somebody likes you or they *like* you - there is
always a risk of being wrong, and being embarrassed, and in a same-sex
situation the additional risk of, right or wrong, offending somebody.
My suggestion, play it cool, and by ear, remaining open and friendly
(assuming you are interested) and if they are interested they will
eventually make sure that you know for certain.
