WHY
To stop Paramount Television from syndicating the DR. LAURA SCHLESSINGER SHOW because Ms. Schlessinger claims gays and lesbians are "biological errors," "deviant," and that a "huge portion" of gay men are pedophiles.
WHERE TO MEET
In front of the MAIN Paramount Gate which is located on WINDSOR & MELROSE (5555 Melrose Ave., Hollywood, CA).
WHAT TIME TO MEET
Protest begins on Tuesday March 21st at 8:30 AM and ends at 10:30 AM. Try to get to the Main Gate by 8:15 AM.
WHERE TO PARK
If you come down Melrose, you will reach Gower (which is East of Vine). Turn left on Gower. There is free parking on Gower right beside Paramount. You can also park in the covered parking lot opposite paramount. Parking is $4.50 cash only. May we suggest that you have the exact amount of money so that we can get people parked quickly?
SOME ANSWERS TO QUESTIONS
Q. Will there be be signs to hold?
A. yes, we are making 50 signs plus one big banner that will need holding up.
Q. Have you met with authorities?
A. Yes, we met with the police and Paramount security. We all would like the same thing, which of course is, a non violent demonstration. We will both have legal council there. Our pro bono attorney is John Duran.
