Mystery and Imagination
Bob
stops to chat with Ben Franklin, one of his oldest fans, on the way to an
appearance at the Mystery & Imagination Bookstore in Glendale on rainy
day February 19. They discussed flying kites and lightning as well as
Ben's stint as ambassador to France. |
Bob
with hosts Malcolm and Chris, old friends going back to the years before
his first novel, THE ELVIS AND MARILYN AFFAIR, found a publisher. He was a
frequent visitor to their earlier and smaller Glendale location, then as
now loaded with hard to find titles. |
Bob
preparing to sign the Mystery & Imagination authors wall, loaded with
salutations and signatures, including the usual suspects with
undecipherable handwriting. (Authors, you know who you are!) |
