the annual ClueFest gathering in Dallas (Plano), Bob finally meets and gets to thank personally this year's
Edgar-winning (for The Bottoms) Joe Lansdale, (among authors who
had favorable quotes to offer about the first Neil Gulliver and Stevie
Marriner adventure, The Elvis and Marilyn Affair, three years ago.)
Joe was the event's "guest of honor" and clearly a rousing fan
favorite. |

caught mid-chat with pal Bill Crider, ClueFest's "special guest of
honor." Bill's Texas-sized knowledge and humor wowed the fans
(as do his novels when they appear).
