Scenes from a Scrapbook - Page 3

Some moments to share with you of events in recent months leading up to the release of "Hot Paint"

More than 300 copies of THE JOHN LENNON AFFAIR, the entire quantity on hand, disappeared in less than half an hour when Bob appeared for a signing at the Tor-Forge booth during Book Expo in New York. That's his terrific Forge editor, Natalia Aponte-Burns, beaming in the background.
Another Brentano's visit, this time with John Morgan Wilson and John Shannon.
Bob in New York and a visit to (where else?) the Strawberry Fields Forever memorial to John Lennon in Central Park. That's the Dakota apartments in the background, where John was murdered and where Yoko continues to reside.
An MWA Speakers Bureau panel visit with the Alameda Writers Group in Glendale, CA. From left: Nathan Walpow, Mimi Latt, Bob, Barbara Seranella, Gar Anthony Haywood.
Andy Warhol. A Polaroid shot Bob took with Andy's camera in the long, long ago. Bob talks about the shot and some of his time with Andy in the "Afterword" following HOT PAINT.
